Ella is a total star. She is a joy to work with and would be an asset to any company.

As a Production Assistant she is always one step ahead; if I ask her to start a call sheet she has already done it, if I ask her to contact a DOP she has already emailed them. She is amazing on shoots, always on her feet looking for the next thing to help with or even making creative suggestions that end up in the final output.

Ella is always the first to put up her hand to help, whether it be directly related to her role or something someone just needs a hand with. This has led her to take on and learn so much outside of her immediate role and has also made her a trusted go-to for the whole team.

She is also eager to learn and soaks up information like a sponge. She takes feedback well and always uses it to help her progress rather than looking at it with a negative lens. I have seen her come on leaps and bounds particularly over the last few months as she has grown in confidence.

I couldn't have done the last few years without Ella by my side and cannot wait to see what she does next!

I booked Ella Taylor as the on-set Producer for our Notes on Beauty editorial shoot with photographer Liz Collins after working with her and seeing her incredible work on Kylie Minogue’s Beat magazine cover shoot. Ella’s efficiency, attention to detail, and seamless problem-solving made the entire production run flawlessly. Her positive on-set energy was infectious, keeping the team motivated and the shoot on schedule.
