About Me
Production & Marketing Experience
I am an enthusiastic and creative Production Assistant / Junior Producer with over 3 years’ in-house experience in supporting all stages of production, including onset, pre- and post-production.
My projects have consisted of content distribution across social channels such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as OOH shoots, Magazine Editorials and TV ads. I have worked for household brands, including Vogue, Tommy Hilfiger, Primark, eBay, lululemon and Gü (to name a few) and with creators and celebrities such as Kylie Minogue, Fearne Cotton, Steven Bartlett and Peter Crouch, plus many more.
I am now available to assist as a Freelance Production Assistant / Production Coordinator / Junior Producer for any upcoming shoots you require assistance with and am eager to get involved!
I also possess a Marketing MSc Masters Diploma and would love to utilise my knowledge in and explore this field.

Ella is a total star. She is a joy to work with and would be an asset to any company.
As a Production Assistant she is always one step ahead; if I ask her to start a call sheet she has already done it, if I ask her to contact a DOP she has already emailed them. She is amazing on shoots, always on her feet looking for the next thing to help with or even making creative suggestions that end up in the final output.
Ella is always the first to put up her hand to help, whether it be directly related to her role or something someone just needs a hand with. This has led her to take on and learn so much outside of her immediate role and has also made her a trusted go-to for the whole team.
She is also eager to learn and soaks up information like a sponge. She takes feedback well and always uses it to help her progress rather than looking at it with a negative lens. I have seen her come on leaps and bounds particularly over the last few months as she has grown in confidence.
I couldn't have done the last few years without Ella by my side and cannot wait to see what she does next!

Ella is a yes woman.
She has her day to day role which she absolutely bosses but is also the first person to roll her sleeves up and to get stuck in.

Launching my TikTok? She’s made it happen.
People that go above and beyond are the people that make a business and that is what we had with Ella.
As a sh!t hot Production Assistant she also got stuck in, said yes and made big things happen.

I booked Ella Taylor as the on-set Producer for our Notes on Beauty editorial shoot with photographer Liz Collins after working with her and seeing her incredible work on Kylie Minogue’s Beat magazine cover shoot. Ella’s efficiency, attention to detail, and seamless problem-solving made the entire production run flawlessly. Her positive on-set energy was infectious, keeping the team motivated and the shoot on schedule. I’ve recently had the privilege of working with Ella for 3 weeks on a location shoot for a Q2 Argos Shoot. Ella is meticulous in detail, a marvel in logistics and works at a great pace, no ask is too much! She’s methodical, works ahead and absolutely knew our shots inside and out. Totally reliable, capable and a great addition to any team. Ella is on our most wanted list and I cannot wait to enlist her talent soon, whether it’s as a Producer, Runner, or PA she’s hardworking and knows her business well!

Ella was our runner onset for the A/W '25 Tu campaign and was such a pleasure to work. She was great, very professional and always one step ahead - when the rooms needed resetting, she’d already done it, the crew needed more snacks, she'd already made a list, equipment needed packing up, she’d already done it! No task was too big or too small for her which helped the week run super smoothly. I’d definitely have her on another production again.
